The last year I was watching the number of REOs in the Montclair area. I find one or two at the same time but that is about it. But when I checked last night, alas! I found 11! It seems away too many. The price ranges under $300K to close to $1M. But many are in the range between $500K and $650K. In any case, having too many REO's are depressing. Of course I feel very bad to the previous owners.
I hope we find some positive outcome soon.
