There were three units for sale from this complex in Berkeley. I believe that all units are almost identical in terms of size. One was priced for $199K (changed from $249K). This was auctioned yesterday and now it is PENDING! It will be interesting to find out the final sale price. The escrow is supposed to be closed in 10 days.
Another unit is selling for $419K (changed from $385K). I have seen this unit. It is very nice. It has been for sale for 39 days. It is on the 3rd floor and nice wooded view.
The last unit is selling for $429K and just came to the market. This will be open tomorrow.
It will be interesting to find out how the sale of units go. They are all great for people work or study at UCB. Nice North Bay area. Don't miss them!

ReplyDeleteFinally the sale has been recorded. The one auctioned had originally priced for $249K. Then, the list price was changed to $199K. The final sale price?! $340K. The escrow was closed on July 21st.
